Stoneham Joinery traces its roots back to the early 1950's, when the company’s home was in Northam, Southampton. The Company was then called Stoneham Joinery & Light Engineering Co. Ltd.

Founded by William James Harfield and his two sons George and Bill, the Company was named after the area where William was born - North Stoneham near Eastleigh, Hampshire.

In 1972 George's son John joined the Company as an Apprentice, and worked his way up the ladder to become Foreman. Then in 1991 John set up his own Fencing Business in Boorley Green, later merging with Stoneham Joinery - changing the name to Stoneham Joinery and Complete Fencing Service. John's wife Catherine took up the role as his Partner, as the company took on a new angle.

Over the years Stoneham Joinery has earned a good reputation with local authorities, leading local businesses, and the general public.

Today we Specialise in the Manufacture, Supply, and Installation of General Carpentry and Joinery Products, Bespoke Timber and Wrought Iron Gates, and all types of Fencing.
